Job Description / Responsibility
- Coordinate Staff Recruitment & Selection Process on time.
- Arrange Orientation for newly appointed employees.
- Ensure proper documentation & keeping record.
- Ensure good employee relations with Newly Joined Employees.
- Assist Line Manager in development and modification of Recruitment & Selection procedures.
- Maintain good internal communications with other departments.
- Prepare & Maintaining Manpower Attrition Database.
- Complete Probation Review Interviews Coordination in due time.
- Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Job Reports.
- Carry out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the Line Manager.
- MBA/ BBA in Human Resource Management from reputed university.
- 2 to 3 year(s)
