MSB is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance & Management – Outreach to ensure that clinical services in Outreach adhere to MSB clinical standards and national protocols and be an ‘expert’ source of all technical advice/training/guidance to doctors, paramedics and other service providers regarding matters related to client safety and care. The position will be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will travel field frequently.

Key Role:

  • Responsible for the clinical governance of MSB Outreach sites, supporting Clinical Quality Lead with appropriate quality assurance, accountabilities and governance tools.
  • Maintain up to date and comprehensive knowledge of National Protocols for clinical services and MSI global Clinical policies and guidelines. Share expertise and ensure that all Outreach service providers and staff are familiar with standards and remain up to date as changes occur.
  • Working closely with the Outreach Channel Leads, ensure regular supervision and clinical auditing of field sites. Set quality assessment annual plans for Outreach operations ensuring that assessment indicators are measurable and ensure audits are completed on time and results are promptly reported. Assist during MSI global QTA visit.
  • Undertake regular spot checks of client files for relevancy of documents and accuracy, timeliness, quality and relevancy of information provided. Supervise conduct of monthly client record audits by clinical team members as per MSI requirements Discuss & provide on the job training on official record issues with Outreach  staff as required.
  • Provide Continuous Supportive Supervision to technical teams and assess for training needs of service providers.
  • Assist service providers in the handling critical or complicated medical cases and support when clinical incidents occur and during the incident management processes team members during red incidents.
  • Establish a culture that ensures compliance with internal policy and external regulatory standards.
  • Ensure clear communication with Outreach channel managers and other technical managers to ensure collaboration and maintain organisational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  •  3-5 years management experience in the field of reproductive health/ Clinic/Hospital business.
  • MBBS; MPH or master’s in health systems management and Clinical Quality Improvement will be given preference.
  • Strong clinical technical skills and expertise – aware of GoB protocols.
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.

MSB is looking for a Data Analysis Manager to support the strengthening of evidence-based operational decision making by analysing key programmatic and project information within these channels and creating action based on the information and insight gained.  This position will be based in Head Office, Dhaka.

Key Role:

  • Develop a user friendly and efficient system for the analysis for outreach and PSS channel data, ensuring that key programmatic and project information and indicators are being tracked.
  • Ensure that data systems are efficient and function well. Regularly assess the quality of data captured and address any systems issues identified.
  • Work closely with the General Managers for Outreach and PSS to develop and roll out mobile data across the channels to allow accurate, in-depth and timely performance data to be reported from field sites.
  • Compile and disseminate a monthly report of performance against agree targets and objectives for the respective channel General Managers. Provide recommendations to General Managers about operations actions based on these insights.
  • Contribute to expanding the knowledge and best practice of MSB by highlighting areas for future innovation, research and monitoring. Work closely with the RME team to develop specific areas of research and contribute to existing research projects.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Data Analysis and Validation Officer on initiatives related to data quality effective use of data and data validation.
  • Provide capacity building support or other necessary improvements required to strengthen mobile data collection and use.
  • Explore and develop methods of data presentation and reporting to enhance data usability and understanding of data as a basis of operational decision making.
  • Actively promote the use of data analysis as the basis for strategic decision making in outreach and PSS channel and across MSB to sharing lessons learned and insights and improvements provided by data analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in analysis of quantitative and qualitative data report writing and the use of computer systems especially data base, excel spread sheet, access, power point and internet.
  • A Master’s degree in any discipline.  Master’s in social sciences, public health, medical/biostatistics will be given preference
  • Strong analytical, monitoring and excellent computer proficiency. Experience on data analysis and interpretation will be added qualification

MSB is looking for a Manager, Technical Support – PSS to pay a key supporter role of PSS channel in all clinical technical related aspects and continuously strengthen clinical quality as a whole and ensure implementation of clinical quality interventions in PSS. The position will be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will travel field frequently.

Key Role:

  • Plans and Monitors Quality Internal Audit and CA process, including: scheduling and monitoring assessment plan to ensure full coverage of sites/providers; tracking implementation of resulting action plans; ensuring all necessary QA records are maintained on site and at HO level.
  • Works closely with PSS hub staff to build QA skills and soft skills, through regular field visits, performance management and HO trainings
  • Responsible for tracking site-level quality improvements and ensuring adequate documentation of quality assessments and interventions, to evidence the impact of the PSS model on GoB LAPM provision over time.
  • Ensures delivery of all necessary trainings, including: scheduling and monitoring the training plan; conducting training sessions and ToT where necessary; ensuring adequate approvals are in place with the GoB; monitoring the training budget and scheduling to ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensures improvement of GoB’s incident management system and advocated GoB to adopt MSI best practices on incident management. Develop the capacity of the GoB providers and the FPCST QAT monitors to practice it within GoB system.

MSB is looking for a Manager – Demand Creation- Outreach & PSS to support the outreach & PSS channel with developing and operationalizing demand generation and behaviour change initiatives, driving the demand for MSB services making use of MSI global goods and best practices ensuring highest level of client service experience in outreach & PSS centres. The position will be based in Head Office, Dhaka.

Key Role:

  • Support Marketing Director and Contact Centre manager to generate and improve MSB brand awareness, demand creation strategies and client referral networks in the outreach & PSS channel by analysis of marketing activities, application of global best practices (including MSI Success Models) to develop strategies and initiatives with the outcomes being improved uptake of contraceptive services and reduction of unsafe abortion.
  • Ensure that implementation of the MSI communication strategy in the outreach & PSS channel is aligned to MSI’s behaviour change framework, organisational and brand values, and marketing best practice.
  •  At the field level, support outreach & PSS managers to develop, test and roll out new demand creation activities tailored to the catchment area, including the use and management of government community mobilisers and field workers.
  • Work closely with the RME team to ensure that the necessary systems are in place to effectively monitor and measure the impact of marketing activities in outreach & PSS channel.
  • Support field-based Demand Generation Officers to manage and track performance of Outreach & PSS field staff, including developing and tracking progress against work plans and targets.
  • Conducts regular field visits as per need to review site performance in terms reaching high impact clients and client experience, and provide supportive supervision, training and coaching to Outreach & PSS field staff.
  •  Regularly review routine operational data (e.g. CEI data, mystery client and client feedback), as well as other internal/external research to determine the impact of marketing activities and make adjustments where necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years management experience in marketing/ communication / behaviour change.
  •  Master’s degree in Marketing or Management. MBA in Marketing will be given preference.
  • Creativity, strong analytical skills, influencing skills, Planning & prioritisation and result driven
  • Willingness to travel and live under difficult conditions in the field.
